🌲 Forest Bathing & Nature Immersion 🌲
| ||||||||||||||||
What is Forest Bathing and Forest Therapy? 🌲Into the forest I go to save my mind, heal my body, and replenish my soul 🌲.
Forest Therapy🌲is a holistic, non-medicinal approach to inner healing through connection with trees - the great masters of the forest 🌲- and the natural world.
It’s the art of slowing down, breathing deeply, connecting and allowing the forest to restore us - mind, body and soul. Sylvotherapy 🌲is derived from the Latin "sylva" meaning "forest" 🌲 and is often referred to as shinrin yoku or "forest bathing" 🌲in Japan. This practice has grown in global popularity as people seek natural ways to reduce stress and improve wellbeing. Forest therapy goes beyond forest bathing as a walk in the forest - it's about building a deeper relationship with nature and understanding the forest is a living, healing ecosystem🌲. Nature is alive. Blending scientific research and energetic awareness, forest therapy encourages mindfulness, emotional release, and holistic wellness. By immersing ourselves in the serenity of the trees🌲, we tap into nature's wisdom and receive powerful health and spiritual benefits that nurture our whole being. Ways to enjoy Forest Bathing and Forest Therapy 🌲Forest Therapy can be experienced in many beautiful ways set out below🌲.
The most powerful benefits come from spending time outdoors in the forests🌲, where you can breath fresh air, connect with trees🌲, and immerse yourself fully in nature's free healing.
Some examples of essential oils to choose from include my personal picks for you 💧 Shinrin Yoko, Black Spruce, Cedarwood, Douglas Fir, Frankincense, Myrrh Sandlewood, Siberian Fir Even small moments of nature connection can refresh your mind, lift your mood, and support overall health and wellbeing until you can return to the forest again🌲. Guided forest therapy sessions offer the most benefits. Reconnect with nature and yourself through guided Forest Therapy sessions. Experience the calm, clarity, and healing energy that only the forest can offer.
What to expect? Gentle, mindful invitations to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage all your senses in the forest setting. Each session is unique - guided by the rhythm of nature.

Yes, we HUG trees! 🌲
Tree hugger!
Yes, we hug trees during our Forest sessions! 🌲 Yes, you may feel silly at first, but don't worry - the trees don't mind - they love it.
Tree hugging is a joyful way to connect with nature, calm your mind, and help you feel grounded. It's a simple, fun practice that helps reduce stress, boost wellbeing, and remind you how magical the forest can be🌲.
There is a symbiotic relationship we have with the forest 🌲- we need it's oxygen and climate mitigation - it benefits when we practice conservation and reforestation 🌲.
My goal is to create a space for you to interact with nature while you learn from it and receive it's healing benefits and see the wonder of the natural world. We'll even check out forest organisms, such as lichens and mushrooms.
Research suggests the more you spend time in nature, the more you want to protect it.
