I stand in awe of the world
We are but mere specs in the whole scheme
As things are all whirling about
We set about our day with good intentions
Not always is the world in agreement though
So when you encounter negative emotions
Close your eyes and breathe in deeply
Concentrate on love to recalibrate
As we breathe out fully release the negativity
So it dissipates as it touches the Light
And pray it hurts no one
Not even those that have hurled it
For they more deeply need it
Intentionally or unintentionally
We are our thoughts, actions and emotions
Ground yourself in His love
It is freely everywhere to bask in
Just let it in and it will heal you
For He is everywhere you are
Simply invite Him into your life.
