"This time of year can be hard on the stomach. With all the spring time slop and mud comes smelly things dogs love to investigate. While walking is much easier without the snow and ice, it's so important to be vigilant to watch every blade of grass that is sniffed and keep an eye out for anything she tries to pick up and eat. Every year at this time is a challenge we've met. It's important to keep her calm when her stomach is upset. Lots of snuggles to reassure her she's going to be fine so fear falls away before it tenses her up. Some lavender helps relax her to rest up and nap. We all have bad days now and again. Waking up with no tummy rumbles is best." Maria Lisa Polegatto
