"Rest in Peace sweet Mabel, where the grass is green and sunshine warms your soul. You have given so freely of your love and allowed your spirit to touch my soul. Although your beautiful multi colored coat grayed to show your age, your love was full and robust with energy to share. Although your body was weary and sore, you were always eager to teach me how horse yoga is done with such finesse. Although your physical body is gone, your spirit lives on in my heart forever. As I knelt down to squish your alfalfa so it was easier for you to eat, you leaned in to tenderly touch my hair. Your spirit was wild but your love was gentle. Your voice was deep with meaning that touched my soul. Although I did not know you all the 36 years of your physical life being pampered and treated like the royal soul you are at Two Rivers Wildlife Park, I am blessed to have found you on my journey; now soul mates for eternity. Now you stand tall with your Acadian ancestors on the shores of Sable as I hug you forevermore in my dreams.Thank you beautiful Mabel for your generosity of spirit and mostly for your unconditional love :) Until we meet again my furry love."
