Ocean waves produces very calming sound, that's why I am not surprised to know that a lot of people find tranquility while they are at the beach. Personally, I consider it as one of my stress relievers. Just the idea of hearing the sound waves, without any explanation or validation of my feelings, I feel relaxed afterwards. It didn't solve the problem directly, but it helped you came up with the right thing to do. Thus, it helps me in my decision-making process. Leave a Reply. |
