CBU did an awesome job on Fall Convocation 2019 Graduation today, from organizing to a bagpiper piping us in and out of ceremony, great speakers, front row seats for our Bachelor of Community Studies Degree group, wine glass memorabilia, reception with lots of goodies, great conversations, wonderful memories, etc. Feeling grateful, thankful and blessed! Thank you CBU!😇🙏🎉💕!1111

Congratulations CBU fro a job well done! Though I don't full understand what you mean by the accomplishment you had in Fall Convocation 2019 Graduation, I am happy that you were able to do you're job flawlessly! Don't you think they have all the right to celebrate because they have accomplished something so great. I am sure that people around you are so thankful with CBU because it all happened!

The only way to kill any bacteria that may be present in food is to cook thoroughly. Did I also mention bean sprouts and how it's impossible to remove bacteria by just rinsing? Cook beef, lamb and pork at 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Poultry at 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Ground and mechanically tenderized red meat should be cooked at 165 degrees Fahrenheit Bean Sprouts should be thoroughly cooked (stir-fried or boiled) and never to be eaten raw. The same procedure applies to any vegetable which is suspected to have a high risk of contamination considering where it came from.
