Young Coconuts

"When I go through the work to open a young coconut (middle), I love to see the nice white meat inside (left) to scoup out to eat instead of the pink or brown meat (right) to discard. It isn't always easy to know the difference until you open one up."  Maria Lisa Polegatto

I used to do it when I was still a kid together wth my grandfather. Yes, that white meat inside is the delicious part of the coconut, in my own opinion. We all know that coconut is cindered as the "tree of life" because we can use and develop every part of it. There is so much we can get from the coconut, we just have to be open and know what are those so we will be able to maximize what it can offer to us.
