Thank you cancer, not for what you robbed me of, but for the moments I have learned how to overcome. For in this life we are a total sum of all of our experiences, both good and bad, that shape us into the here and now of each and every moment of our journey in life.

Courage
Thank you for the courage I found to carry on in spite of the worry and fear you instilled in me. For in you I found the strength to fear you not cancer. For you are dis-harmony and dis-ease that we have overcome by living on in spite of you. For I live in love and call in Light to guide my way. For along this path there was much healing, medically, physically and spiritually. For when you heal the body, the mind, body and soul come into harmony to disperse you into the Light where darkness fades.
Love and Light
Most of all cancer, thank you for the greatest of things in life; love. The most incredible love that I have found deep within my soul. It lie there in wait for these days to show me the incredible depths of which I could delve into myself to draw on the divine energy that exists in us all. The most incredible love that heals from inside out to all who are open to receive it. The love that grows in the Light. That love allows us to heal ourselves and others.
Love that wraps around your heart and blossoms like a flower in first bloom, shy at first, tender and sweet, it opens and warms the space around it, it flows forth into the universe and attracts that which it is most like to share its energy, without the single thought of gaining but only helping others, an unconditional love. This is when healing occurs. As healing water flows to feed the flowers, so too does healing love trickle forth to feed my soul. This is when the Angels of Light touch love and create the magic that turns it into the most healing love for all to grow.
Thank you cancer for all you have taught me to uphold in the face of adversity. I am incredibly grateful for all the lessons I have learned. And now cancer, it is with great joy that I send you forth to heal and disappear into the ethers. Be gone with you cancer! For what remains I hold most dear in my heart forever; healing love.
