Intro-vert

introvert. Introversion. While I walk in nature, I am introduced to the many marvels of how our world grows in the quiet recesses of time and space as the rest of the world whips by not stopping to notice the healing that awaits us in the simply pleasures of the complexities our world is made up of.

I just realized the word "introvert" is part French, just like me. It's an "intro" into "vert". "Vert" being the French word for green. Green as being one of the many colors of nature that grows all around us.The medical definition of "introvert" in the Merriam Webster dictionary is: "one whose attention and interests are directed toward one's own thoughts and feelings". We can all use some time in our lives to focus inward on our emotions.

While I walk in nature, I am introduced to the many marvels of how our world grows in the quiet recesses of time and space as the rest of the world whips by not stopping to notice the healing that awaits us in the simply pleasures of the complexities our world is made up of.

How better to look inward than to spend time in nature in awe of its natural beauty, the natural beauty that also exists inside each of us.  Where else can you immerse yourself in the vibrational oneness of the universe than nature.

Nature Dances Around Us

Nature awaits to renew us in the leaves that dance in the wind and reach out to shake our hand as we walk through life, the bees that buzz, the flowers that bloom, the vines that intertwine with loving embrace, the fragrance of the wild roses, the birds that fly above, the squirrels that chirp, the animals that live in the forests, those that frolic in the oceans, rivers and lakes, even the creepy crawly earth bound creatures that keep our soils nutrient rich, the sound of ocean waves crashing upon the shore, all but such a small example of nature's rich abundance.

Our world is a delicate balance where everything has a purpose, even us. Our balance is increased when we spend time in nature taking inward the breathtaking sites and sounds to help us express our thoughts and feelings.

Healing Continues

When I have more "vert" in my life, I am able to heal, cherish and grow and "intro"duce a stronger part of me into the world, refreshed, relaxed and ready to go through life.

And when the world gets too busy and hectic, I can "intro" myself back into "vert" for time within is healing and teaches me to enjoy the many marvels of Divine Love and Light.
