Being in tune with oneself can lead to many benefits, some of which can not be fully explained. Intuition is more than knowing the phone is going to ring before it does. It is the knowing and feeling you are on the right path, when you need to change your path to avert danger and having knowledge about things that others have done and left unsaid before you.

Being in tune with oneself can lead to many benefits, some of which can not be fully explained. Intuition is more than knowing the phone is going to ring before it does. It is the knowing and feeling you are on the right path, when you need to change your path to avert danger and having knowledge about things that others have done and left unsaid before you.
The more time I spend in nature, the more my instincts sharpen, the more I feel when things are right and wrong in the world, my world where intuition heals and leads me. Water is the basis of life and spending time near it allows my mind to quieten and the flow to wash over me and teach me. As I breathe in the ocean air, the roar of the waves lulls me into its gentle captivation, breathing peace within me while removing toxins from the world around me. I am guided by the Divine as Spirit walks beside me. Thoughts and words come to me as poetry within my soul leads me toward the greater aspects of the world raising my awareness beyond the obvious. It allows me to see the world in a new way, a more peaceful way, a way of knowing the pieces of the puzzle of life are fitting into place with the choices I make. It is comforting to feel the magnitude of being right where I am meant to be in the world. I am full of gratitude.
Seeing signs around me helps clarify my intuition. Black feathers foretell changes and endings and while the circle of life is natural, my favorite are the tiny white feathers to uplift spirit in rebirth and renewal. Animals help by sharing energy to heighten awareness as the master guides they are using their intuition for survival. While butterflies in my stomach flip flop and warn me of upcoming dangers, my wild animal friends have taught me how to calm my inner spirit in times of danger and trepidation. While I don't always know the full details, I do know to be open and aware to use my intuition as a guiding light within me. The letting go of control to let Spirit guide me.
My intuition leads me on many paths in life. I carry it with me everywhere I go, unseen but always felt as Spirit swirls around me with messages, hints, prodding to think, to feel, to know. The perception of truth comes forward as the facts of knowing are felt within. The simple process of relaxing into Spirit allows the world to flow around me. I am thankful to the Divine for blessing me with the gift of knowing and being in the right place in the world. My world is comforted with Divine protection and grace.
