From little acorns nature grows
Starting in the seed so small
Peeking out slowly bit by bit
Reaching for the air so pure
Nutrients near and far
Roots growing outward far
Steady as they go
Learning from their tree family
Interconnecting under the soil
Knowledge seeks and seeps
Intertwining holding hands
Parents and their offspring
Changing seasons bring life
The tiny acorn turns to tree
Arms reaching wide and upward
Leaves waving in the winds
And then life begins again
Tiny acorns form on branches
Growing, nurturing, ripening
As they fall to the ground
Squirrels and wildlife feast
Eating well in tree habitat
More acorns hooray!
A forest continuing
Nature is unique and intricate
From acorns to forests
As far as the eye can see
Just as God created it.
