In life it is not the nails
That pierce through to your heart
It is the spikes
That puncture holes so deep
They empty your very soul
It is in these moments, events, periods of life
That lead me to You
My beloved Lord Jesus
Where my heart is restored in You
My faith runneth over
I am blessed beyond measure
In my love for You.
