Brick by Brick

Brick by brick the wall ascends
Til I am safely stowed away
Why did I trust today?

I saw the sun shine so brightly
It welcomed me out to breathe again
But life quickly reminded me it's harsh

Quickly I go away to stay
Within the walls that Light surrounds
To embrace my feelings deep inside

I wait for the sun to shine again
For safety to visit my sensitivity again
Til I am renewed with faith again

Brick by brick the wall descends
As the Light fulfills me today
I am filled with Love again.
