Butterfly Visits

butterfly poetry
Out I was for a walk today
Just round the bend
When all of a sudden
The joy upon your wings
Spread out to captivate me
As you danced upon the air
My heart fluttered with awe
How precious is your love
Twirling and swirling in mid flight
Your message I have received
As pure and innocent
As your iridescent wings
It lightens up my heart.
