Nature's Magnificent Blessings

Nature is constantly trying to show us
To teach us what we need is before us
Yet we continually try to improve it
We still live in conflict
We still fight the same battles
The same diseases, the same strife
Yet we still go on and on
On the same path unwinding
Until we end and begin anew again
As day turns to night
And night turns to day
With illuminating color
To brighten our world and
Show us the benefit of a new day
Yet we go on ignoring
What exists before our very eyes
The sunrises, the sunsets and
All that occurs between them
As the sunlight and moonlight
Dance around give us humor
To find new ways to enjoy its company
It will not be until then that
We truly understand the
Magnificent blessings nature gives us
And as we go on in life
Know that all around you
Nature is alive and keeping you well.
