Once a romantic notion
How far can it travel?

It travels from sea to sea
Creating havoc of world pollution
How long does it last?

Its destruction lasts for eternity
Without life-sustaining nutrition 
How does wildlife live?

It lives in terror of plastic
A fatal blow on comsumption
What can we do about it?

Humanity take note
When marine life is gone
So are we! Clean up or no tomorrow.
