Soul Mate

I only just met him not long ago
His energy it calls out to me
It reminds me of a journey
Where we walked along a path
Together in the distant past
Many moons and lifetimes ago
Soul mates are like that
They reach a part inside
Deep within the soul
Words need not be said
The knowingness is clear
Where passion enters freely
The ego quickly falls away
One by one we stand
Together heart to heart.
